Lisa, thanks so much for the prayers. I know that the last dog I had came from a foster home for the animal shelter here. She was such a good dog and no one wanted her since she was deaf and almost blind, and we later got the news that she was epilectic also. She was a wonderful baby girl and I loved her so much. It is surprising how many people told me that she wasn't any good because of her deafness and sight. I taught her some sign language too. She was a smart one.

Good luck with the job!!  That is a job I would like to have, we have a vet down the street from us, after my surgery I might go put in an application.  I love dogs too, I have 4 of them, 3 dachshunds and 1 weimaraner.  I hope you get the job!!

It has been since my surgery that I have wanted to go out and work again. I could have never done this before. Heck I could hardly walk because of my back let alone go out and hold down a full time job. I love animals too, of course dogs and cats being my favorite. I have my Misty kitty now but I have always had dogs and I miss having one. My last name is Russell and I want a Jack Russell terrier and name him Jack so when he goes to the vet they will call him Jack Russell when they call him in. lol

Good luck with getting the job!  I like your idea for the dogs name.  Jack's are so cute but VERY HIGH energy! I'm a black lab person myself . (Hmmm- I work in a lab)  We have friends with the last name of Bassett. Guess what kind of do they have.

Out of my last 3 dogs 2 of them were labs. I love them. They are such loyal and loving breed. Very smart too. I can imagine what kind of dog they have~kind of like me and Jack Russell's. haha They are very high energy and I live in an apartment on top of it. I doubt that there is one in my near future though.

Marianne, thanks so much for the good wishes. I would just love to work there. I am hoping that God agrees with me. haha Misty sometimes things she is a dog I think. Then other times she is a gazillon percent royal cat! I agree that they love you unconditionally and never tell you negative things either! We need to be surrounded by positive and dogs and cats rate right up there on the list. I will let you know how things go and I am sending the hugs right back to you.
