Gail, I think we all struggle with this...Thats why we are here. I do stu[pid things like that all the time. Nobody is perfect, thats for sure. I used to worry about what people thought and said all the time. Now I could careless, I am living my life for me and noone else. Stay strong and keep your warmth and happiness. :) SHanna

oh Gail, I know I'm late to this post, but as everyone else has said, we are all human, we've all slipped up. I did it last weekend, and also didn't dump or have an adverse reaction. Part of this process is that every day is a new day, and a new beginning.
