If you have ever paid your bill online through their website how long did it take for you to get a confirmation email or any acknowledgment on the payment?? I didn't realize I had a balance til yesterday and I paid it at like noon and I never got a confirmation email.

I am not sure about the email.....I dont think they send any out....but it comes out of your account quickly....I have made my last three payments this way!!!!!  Only took me a year for them to let me know we could do this!!!!!!!  Check your bank account......

Beats me... I have carried an insurance credit with them for the past 3 years... I'll never get back and neither will the insurance co... when I need something I tell them to take it out of the credit... Linda kay

I don't know. I've always paid any of my medical/dental stuff online through my bank. I've never gotten a confirmation from any of them so I just check my bank's online record when I update my Quicken through them. Sherri

I paid my pre-op copay on there but I don't remember getting an email or a confirmation number.  It took a few days for it to come out of my bank account, but it eventually did.  Melissa
