LONG TIME NO SEE.........sorry life has been completely insane.......feeling blah b/c im loosing so very slowly.......i think my total weight loss is bout 40 lbs.....my band is tighter but still not completely tight enough..........BLAHHHHH........anyways just wanted to pop in and say hey board :) hugs

Hi glad to see you post again. How long ago did you get your band? Hang in there you will get there forty pounds is better than gaining forty pounds. Keep us posted on how things are going. Tracey
