Good morning to all of my fellow losers and soon to be losers.  Nothing much is happening today. I am hoping that it is a quiet day and one that I can do what I feel needs to be done and not what everyone wants done.  Bill is going to take my library books back this morning. He is so good to me. I know that sometimes I gripe about him but on the whole I was blessed when God brought him into my life. I just have a problem remembering that at times. lol Sometimes I need to be reminded and trust me~Bill can do a good job of reminding me when it is needed. lol Today is a nice day. A bit on the cool side but that is better than when it gets so blasted hot you can't breath. It is suppose to be sunny and in the low 70's and so far that is what it is. The birds are busy chirping and doing their thing. I love sunny days with the flowers and the birds. My mom was a bird watcher and loved feeding them and all and she passed that on to me I guess. I don't feed them anything other than bread and I am not suppose to do that either. The rules of the office don't you know. lol But I make sure they get bread when the office is closed. haha It is kind of like what they don't know isn't going to hurt them.  Misty is so busy watching her back 40 acres out he sliding door. There isn't much that gets passed her either. Her head is just swiveling around getting in everything that there is to see. There are sometimes birds that come up and sit on the patio and she goes into pouncing mode then. She sneaks up to the door and is crouched and ready to pounce. I am not sure if she understands there is a screen door between her and them. She never does pounce though so she must know something.  I tried something new this morning with my medications. Or maybe I should say one of my medications. I take Tricor for my triglycerides and I have crushed it ever since I had my surgery. Well, last night when it came time to crush them I asked Bill if he thought that I if I broke them in half if they would be small enough to swallow. I broke one and we were looking at it and we both thought that it would work. So~this morning was the first time that I didn't cru**** and it worked. So now I am a graduate to the non pill crushing the Tricor class. I bet no one knew there was such a class, did you all? Now you know. lol Just goes to show you we never get done going to school for something or other.  I guess I had better get going. I have some things to do and want to get it done. I am sending love and big hugs to all and prayers are going up too. Special prayers are being said for those in need of them. God knows and that is the important thing. I am so glad that He takes care of that! That is a hugh job~way to big for the likes onf me! lol

Good Morning Everyone.  By the time I finish this it will be afternoon.  We took our truck to the body shop this morning.  We are having damage done by the storm two weeks ago repaired.  I go back to see Dr. Cacucci and the dietician today.  I have lost 44 pounds by my scale.  They are still going to dissapprove because I haven't been able to get everything in on any day yet.  But I am trying.  If I get one or two in I don't get the others in.  I'll have to keep trying.  Have a great day. Just saying Hi!! I feel a bit better again. The tummy is cooperating a little better and things seem to be on the upswing again. I did something yesterday I've not done in ages. I wore a shirt that didn't have sleeves down to my elbows. Even before surgery I never would wear anything but t shirts and yesterday I wanted some sun on my shoulders and all so I work a cute tank top. I was very nervous at first but I finally realized that nobody cared bout what I was wearing they were all doing their own thing. I took Marissa to the park and we did a ton of walking yesterday. We got 5 miles in which is really good. The weather was sooo beautiful and it is today also.

Doubtful I will ride any of the rides...I have really gotten motion sickness BAD since my surgery. I have a Doc Huse appointment in a couple of weeks...maybe can see some of y'all then. Its an early appt. this time. Y'all take care and keep your sunny side up! (take my own advise, HUH) hugggggggggs, Janene

Lord, keep me in your will so I won't be in your way.
