question about your experience

I am trying once again (after giving up last year after I was denied) to get approved for this surgery.  I am less than one month away from being finished with my 6 month diet requirement. I am fairly sure I am going to stick with Dr. Clark, however, I was curious if any of you can offer me insight on how your dr's office proceeded with getting your insurance approval. Did you have to collect the information (med records, recommendations, etc) yourself, or did your Dr. have an insurance specialist that did that for you? Thank you in advance for any feedback!!!

I am planning on having surgery by Dr. Clark.  His office got everything ready for me, I didn't have to do a thing, just sit back and wait, and call the insurance company everyday to see if I am approved yet..lol!!  It did take Amy from Dr. Clarks office a few times faxing in my info for the insurance to finally recieve it.  Good luck!!

Don't give up!!  I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Clark and his staff. They were great, and they got all of the information that was needed!!  Good Luck!
