Ok, so I knew this was coming.  I have somewhat stalled out.  I am 3 weeks post op and I have read and I been told it happens.  So my question is this.... what can I do to help kick it up a notch and get things going again.  I lost 2 lbs. in the past week.  I have increased my walking.  I am drinking more water.  Making sure to try to get in all the protein that I can.  Does anyone else have any suggestions or helpful hints?  What helped you out of a stall?  Im not whining.. im just impatient  thanks for all the helpful advice you share on OH with us newbies.  Your experiences and friendships have proven very valuable to me already. Thanks,  Tracy

Oh sweetie it is to soon for a major stall.. could be water or you could be adding muscle (muscle weighs more than fat).. YOu should be out of it soon... also make sure you are getting enough calories your body might think it is starving and maintain the weight if y ou are not putting in enough calories..Linda Kay

It happens to everyone. I stalled for a week and a half. 20 pounds lost at 1 month out. 2 months out I am down 36 pounds. It will come off, just give it time and do everything youre suppose too. Good Luck shanna
