Ignore...computer problems

I know the insurance people at Carmel Surgical are probably sick of me.  I got my approval letter finally and faxed it to them yesterday.  I also sent one of the insurance ladies and email and told her I faxed the letter over and to please call my cell phone when it was time to schedule my surgery. My question is do they call me or am I suppose to call them.  What did you guys do?

CHILL BABY-CHILL!  AS I SAID IN ANOTHER POST- YOUR TIME WILL COME!! I KNOW IT IS TOUGH, IT TOOK ME 14 MO. TO GET MY APPROVAL, 4 WEEKS TO GET A DATE, & THEN A 6 WEEK WAIT- SO IT WILL HAPPEN FOR YOU.  REMEMBER- THEY ARE BUSY WITH SURGERIES, PATIENTS AFTER & BEFORE CARE, & SOME OFFICES ONLY HAVE 1 PERSON DOING ALL OF THE SCHEDULING. IF YOU CAN, BE PATIENT AND LET THEM GET IN CONTACT WITH YOU- TAKE A WALK, CHEW ICE, READ A BOOK, WHATEVER YOU CAN TO RELAX.  I KNOW FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE THAT SOMETIMES THINGS HAPPEN & MY TURN HAD TO BE PUT ON HOLD BECAUSE THE SURGERY BEFORE MINE TURNED CRITICAL & TOOK 4 HRS. MORE THAN EXPECTED) WOULD I BEGRUDGE THAT PERSON MY DRS. CARE- NO WAY!!!!! HANG IN THERE GIRL- YOU'LL GET THAT CALL SOON! (((HUGS))) ELLEN

I understand your excitement.  I was excited to get that call...and yes you will GET a call.  I promise they will call you.   Just relax.  I hope they call you soon!  It's great to get a date! Beth

I would try to be patient and wait a while longer for them to call you. I was lucky, they knew I was approved before I did, so I got the call about a surgery date, and was totally (happily) surprised. 

Alright, I will try and be patient.
