changing avaitar

How do you change to a picture on your profile?  I guess ,y picture is too big .  How do I make it smaller.  Thanks  On my 4th day of my optifast and would I like some celery and carrot sticks!!!!

Hi,  Hang in there, & follow your Drs. guides- you'll do fine. Chew crushed ice!!It worked for me when i was doing liquids during the first few weeks after surgery, & it helped get in my water.  I don't have any advice about your avatar- but am sure soemone will help you. (((hugs))) Ellen

Is this the one you wanted?   For simple resizing, there is a free program called "Photo Filtre" that you can use.  I think you can get it at photofiltre.com Cheers!
