I got a date!

My tummy tuck & thigh lift will be on Sept. 25th at 7AM. It depends on how I feel if I'll need to stay the night or not (and if I can potty). I paid the majority of it..and am waiting to see if the insurance is going to pick up the rest. I can get the FMLA paperwork filled out when I come back from vacation...and then I think I'll be all set! Woo-hoo! It was really cool that things turned out the way they did because we were able to get a ton of questions answered. Dr. Bergman is just the greatest! Sherri PS...Marianne...the TL is ~$4800..so more than the other procedures

Congrats Sherri, Glad to hear that you got a date.  I am meeting Dr. Bergman on Monday, I cant wait. Im so excited.  That other Dr. i seen a month ago still hasnt managed to get my paperwork to the Insurance as of tuesday any way.  Sheesh.  Anyway, good luck to you,  Have a great weekend, Carla

Congratulations Sherrie.  Can you give me some info.  Location of Dr.  Bergman, phone number etc?  Do you also know what has to entail for insurance to pay for a TT?  Thanks for any help that you can give me.. Dawn

Congrats Sherri! I am thrilled for you! I am suprised that the thigh cost is more$$. I was told all procedures are $3800.00. I doubt i will ever do thethighs...I looked at mine and even if the extra skin was gone...the veins are there and they are not a highlight of my body so.....lol I will jsut keep them covered...lol The arms...I am still debating on them. I am so happy with all I have had done now that if that is it I couldn't be happier. This new body is the neatest thingI have ever experienced! lol Still workingon ownership but loving it ! :o) Hugs! Thanks everyone! You know I'll be 'blogging' you to death about it all..lol! Carla...good luck with your appointment Monday. I really think you're going to love her. Hey...ask her if they knock off anything for referrals...I have a friend at work that's going to go for a consult for implants. My insurance has been dragging their feet on making a decision about coverage. It's in the supervisors hands now (and it's been a month since it was submitted). Dawn...you got mail! Marianne...I was kinda surprised it cost more too. I have been starting to debate on getting the arms done when I do the girls. March is a few months down the road so I have some time to think about it. Ellen...I'll probably wait for my intimate sizing for after the girls are done. We are just about packed up and ready to take off in the morning. We won't be getting back into town until next Friday. We plan on having a blast up there. I'm even bringing a dress to surprise Bill with.... Sherri
