Help- profile update

Well, I goofed up & didn't transfer my profile before the new update, & now none of it shows.I have contacted OH and  have done what they said, but still no profile, posting on my page there. Anyone know how to do this correctly?HELP ME PLEASE--- I am NOT a computer wizz & feel so dumb! They did send my my old posts which I printed off, but when I try to edit my profile, it won't let me- I must be holding my mouth the wrong way, or something-hee-hee!! Hi Ellen Once you are converted to the new format, it won't let you edit your old profile at all.  But you can VIEW your old profile (from the My Account page) when logged on, so it's just a matter of cut and pasting it to the new format.  If you would like me to do it for you.  I would however need your log in name and password, so it's all up to you.  If you want to try it yourself, just remember to cut and paste pretty much everything on there :) Cheers!

OMG i am glad i seen your post,  I need help!   I have been trying to change my avitar and it keeps saying it should be 100X100 pixils and so i go change the size of it and it still wont upload, its driving me crazy, what could i possibly be doing wrong?  Appreciate any help you can give me.  Carla

Only thing I can think of is that the file size is too big, like maybe it's in bmp format ? I snagged these 2 off your profile, so if it's one of them that you want to use, I resized them so either one should fit. Let me know if you need more help! Cheers!      PS....  You look fantastic!

Thank you so much, it worked, how did you get them the right size.  i use Adobe Photo Deluxe and have for years, i seem to be able to do anything i want with pictures even change the size or resolution but not change the bytes or what ever it takes to make them work on here..  they are jpg and i tried every thing i could think of. any suggestions for future reference?  Thanks again so much Carla

For simple resizing, I use the free program PhotoFiltre.  I use Photoshop and Photo Deluxe for editing purposes, but I find the free programs work best for simple croppng resizing.  You can find it t...  http://www.photofiltre.com/ Cheers!

Ellen, You profile looks great!!!  Isnt Sally just the best.  Shes so talented when it comes to these profiles.  Shes been doing mine now for almost a yr....I couldnt do the pics without her.
