HAPPY HUMP DAY!

Hi guys...I can't believe it's wednesday already...my surgery is one week from tomorrow....oh how time flies!  Today I'm at work, then tonight my dd has gymnastics....so will have to run her there...I have a million and one things to do this weekend...how I'll ever get them all done I don't know.  I think I'm going to have subway for lunch today...I'm down 5lbs...hardly the 15 I wanted before surgery, but I still have a week right? :) I'm working on it...I think I will go for a walk tonight after work with my hubby as he's off work today...he should be good and rested.... not sure if I said anything or not but he is in the process of getting his approval for WLS right now...he's hoping to have his surgery by late October...so we'll see how things go with that.... nothing much else going on in my world, right now I'm just kinda consumed by thoughts of my surgery...will be glad when it has come and gone uneventfully! hope you guys have a great day! hugs, jen

IT IS GOOD THAT YOU ARE STARTING THE WALKING BEFORE SURGERY IT WILL REALLY HELP IN THE LONG RUN. I KNOW YOU ARE GETTING EXCITED I KNOW I DID. HOPE YOU FEEL UP TO THE CLOTHING EXHCANGE. I WENT I WAS JUST 3 DAYS HOME FROM HOSPITAL AND IT WAS GREAT GOT TIRED BUT GOT TO MEET A LOT OF PEOPLE AND GOT SOME CLOTHES AND BOY AM I GLAD I DID. IT IS JUST NOW TIME FOR THE NEXT ONE AND I NEED MORE AND HAVE A BUNCH TO BRING. STRANGE HOW FAST THE BODY WILL CHANGE. I GOT CLOTHES 2 AND 3 SIZES SMALLER THEN I WAS IN AT THE TIME OF SURGERY AND IT HELPS . SO WE HOPE TO SEE YOU THERE. GOOD LUCK VICKI

When is the clothing exchange again & where? What if I don't have any clothes to bring??

Summer Indiana OH Clothing Exchange!! When:  Saturday, August 4th from Noon-4 Where:  Ellenberger United Methodist Church                Corner of 10th & Ritter (where it was last time) Who:     ALL Pre & Post Ops!! What to bring:  Any clothes that don't fit you!! What to get:     Any clothes that will fit you now or in the near future!!! Note:       We do a pitch-in each time. Bring anything healthy! Splenda is welcome!

ok, i found a Ellenberger United Church of Christ on 10th St...is that right? or is it United Methodist?

Dawn was uncertain of the denomination of the chuch. She 'thought' it was Methodist. It's the only church on the corner of 10th & Ellenberger though. Sherri

I'm uncertain of the name of the church, but I"m sure someone can help out there, I just know how to get there (I drive by landmarks).  It's August 4th.  And if you dont have any clothes, you bring yourself!  Its great to meet new people! Lets see, what else?  Three weeks til moving day.  It's really happening this time.  I've called and arranged for all the utilities to be shut off on the 15th (except the cable which will be off on the 14th as we have to turn in the equipment ourselves, and we're leaving at like 3am on the 15th). That's pretty much it, hoping to do well at the yard sale on saturday, and then we'll be visiting with the in laws this weekend.
