What kind of surgery are you looking into? My doctor has an office in Merrillville. He is doing lapband in IN. Look at his ad in the lower left corner for Life Weigh Bariatrics. On August 3rd he will be having a presurgical seminar at that location. 530-830pm. Not sure where Lake County is... I had mine done at Team Bariatrics in Goshen IN.

Dr. Paul Stanish is a great doctor.  He works out of Munsster and Merrillville.  Good luck in your search.  It's worth it!
