I Got Approved Today!

Well, I didn't figure I'd be posting this for at least another week or so, but I got the call from the insurance company this morning.  They said everything was in order, and they had contacted my surgeon to let them know, so I should be scheduling my surgery anytime now.  My wife is having hers first, and then about a month later I'll be having mine.  I'm sure I'll be checking in here regularly.  It was a long hard journey, but I already know it'll be worth it!

Congratulations!  Our surgeon wanted one of us to wait three months after the other.  We didn't like that idea and talked him into doing them closer.  I had mine 11 days after my wife and believe me, it has made our journey so much easier.  Let us know when you get your surgery date.  Good luck. Great news. You will soon be on the losing team. Dr Lindsay  is a nice doctor. I am 2 years out. I lost all my weight in 10 months. She said I did a grat job. She is going to be at our support group meeting tonight. Good luck  on your journey and God Bless Debbie

Congratulations!  My husband and I had to wait four three and a half weeks before the doctor would do the last one of us.  It gave us time for us to help each other recuperate.  It worked out well.  We're now doing this together and I can't imagine doing it any other way.  Good luck and  your surgery will be here before you know it!!!
