Step out to fight Diabetes

I received an email letting me know that they are having there walk for the diabetic Association. I am a diabetic like some of you, what I would like to do is to get a team together to do this walk. They have different location throughout Indiana. I live closer to Kokomo, but they are also one in Indy. I am willing to do both or one or the other. Kokomo is being held at Highland Park on 9/16/7, and the in Indy is at the Indiana Historical Society on 10/7/7. This is a wonderful cause to raise money for and allows us to get out and exercise, but most of allows us to get together with good friends. Please let me know if anyone would be interested. I did the one in Fort Wayne last year, and I raised over $250.00 for the fight of diabetes. If anyone is interested please contact me and let me know. I will submit our registeration and we can go from there. Thanks to everyone.

Peggy Thanks for the information on this very worth while walk for diabetis. I am a diabetic and God willing I will have my spine fixed up by then and will be able to do this walk along with Ann. Please keep me in mind for the Kokomo Walk and check back with me around the first of August to see what condition I am in. Dan

I am also interested in walking with you. I am willing to do either one. I have not had Diabetes but several members of my family do.

i would be interested in the one here in indy. my grandfather lost his eyesight and had major health problems because of Diabetes. it also robbed me of having him around to watch his great grandbabies grow to wonderful young women. vicki
