Beautiful looking out there, and i have my clocks on the right time...I DETEST the time changes....i liked it when at 5 am i could hear the birds singing and day light then rather than at 9 pm....heck 9 pm is bed time... I lost 2 pounds in 2 weeks...but really until i break 162 before i can call it any weight loss and stay below the 162...thats gonna be nice for sure....means smaller sizes no is 10's and 12's so i will suppose 8's and 10's at 150ish...then make up my mind if i do want any plastics......and then stop smoking...........then get it done....i am using carmen.....I can live with everything other than my chin... i would like to have that cut off....but no pain...i have to make sure i have a dr that believes in pain meds...not that i would abuse it as i only used my morphine pump one time after my surgery... I am going to get out in the yard today and enjoy that....maybe even cook out....ooh now i am excited....lol....I am so simple

good morning everyone. i agree it is awsome outside .i think its a perfect day to take the puppies outside and let them see nature for the first time. i cant wait to see how they react to grass..should be interesting. i will take pics and post sometime today. in a way i am glad my date isnt this wekk . i think i have a sinus infection so i ak going to call my doc and see what he says to take. i was wondering for those who have anthem and paid the shrink out of there pocket if they turned that into insurance and if they did was that counted as out of pocket or did you get reimbursed? doesnt really matter just one of the many thoughts i have when i am the only one up lol. well i have decided to spend this week having all my favorite food and as sherri says say good bye to them and get a jump start on the small eating and smaller portions.i have all but stopped drinking pop. i went and got a bunch of crystal lite flavors and wal mart brand and have stocked my desk at work and the cabinet here at home with them and have sports bottles with the soprt top on them that makes me sip at little at a time. i am up to drinking 4 of the 20 oz. bottles a day but man let me tell you i am always running to the restroom do go pee. the night is the worst for me , i am up every 2 hours to go . i found that some of the drink mixes are to strong with the 16 oz they say to mix it at so i mix them with 20 and seems to be ok . no heart burn .i was wondering if i can drink brewed ice tea with sweet n low in place of plain water? i was reading last night some of the old posts about what to take to the hospital with me and found that all the jammies i have well just arent right for the hospital so i think it will be sweat pants and a tank top . might have to go buy a robe to wear while walking because i dont have one. but thats ok when i dont need it anymore i will pass it to someone who is going to need it . well i have rambled long enough have a blessed day and will check back in later vicki

I pee constantly too, but I think it's due mostly to someone making her home on my bladder for the last nine months. Well, I DO drink a lot of water tho, so I suppose it all has to go somewhere! It's a beautiful doay out. However I'll be spending most of the day packing and cleaning. Maybe I'll keep the windows and doors open tho!

Good morning all! Vicki...tea is fine as long as it's decaf. They also have decaf green tea for a little change of taste. You'll have to sample some of the teas Saturday night! Umm...you bought tons of crystal light? Hehehe...hold on to those post-ops that your taste buds decide they don't like all of a sudden. They'll go great in the welcome to being a loser bags! LOL! I have a report to work on for work today. Yuck! Needs to be done though.... You all have a great day! Sherri

Here's my pity party... Dobbs, the foster dog, barked and barked last night. We finally set him up outside with our dog house, because it was nearly 6am, and I needed some sleep. He needs to get his days and night unconfused. It is a beautiful day in Terre Haute, too. I got up around 10am and took one of the dog pack for a walk/jog for about 30 minutes. Mostly walking, but a few times I got my gumption up and jogged. My butt hasn't moved in that way for a long time. It felt good. Now I'm at work at the shelter. Another long day. Sigh. I go see the dietician and Dr. Inman this week on Thursday. Is anyone else going to be in the Carmel area? Or in the hospital? Just wondering. Would be great to get to visit. Linda Vicory

I forgot to include in my other post today.... Went to Victoria Secrets yesterday. I had a coupon..get 1 pair of cotton panties free & $10 off a bra. I pick out what I want and go to check out. They ask if I'm interested in getting their credit card. Sure, why not. I don't use my Fashion Bug one anymore anyway. So...I'm approved, we leave (Bill was with me), we do some other running around. I get home and I'm putting away my purchases. I get to the VS bag and I put the clothing away and I go to put the credit card information on my desk. I read the front cover of the info. Guess the name of their credit card? I swear that I am telling the truth...!!! The Angel Card!! LOL!!! Now, is that just a meant to have card or what???? I knew my fellow angels on here would get a kick out of that. Sherri
