thank you . i just called the doc office and got the fax number to send my letter to them heather said it would take about 7-10 days for them to get back to me to set a date.. vicki

thank you all. i am so excited , i have just one small worry. when they did my pre cert they actually put a date and i dont have one yet. i wanted to explain this to heather but i can never catch her and we work the same hours , i cant have incomming calls but i was also told i can get a copy of letter get a real date and then call back and they can change it. i have never heard of this but then i have never had to do this either .

Yeah they did that on mine too. it's just a formality with the insurance I do believe. I asked her about it when I saw the approvals but it's something insurance related. Any who!! CONGRATULATIONS!! Sam
