I decided to start taking B-12, no I have not talked to my surgeon and yes my Labs are OK... Doing it more for a precautionary thing. However, I cannot find a dose recommendation, once a day, week, or month. I am taking Sublingual. Something thousand more then daily recommended dose... I know you cannot OD on it, but don't to take daily if weekly is OK... Thanks, Scott

even if your blood work has been ok up till now, it could show up, later, i just break them in 1/2 and they claim we pee it out...but my levels are high, but i was also told when we take a supplement they are higher....

In the beginning I took it 3x a week because I was so tired all the time but then I backed it down to twice a week and I am doing fine.. The reccomendation sheet I have is for twice a week. Linda

Oh my!! Maybe I have been taking sub B-12 wrong since surgery. I've been taking one a day since surgery. Should I not be doing that? Regina

Scott I made it simpler for me. I just give myself a B-12 shot on the first day of the month. I keeps me from keeping track when to take the pills. My surgeon gave me a years worth of the medicine and 12 surenges. Just something to think about. Dan
