Dumping???
OMG! It finally happened--I think. Not that I wanted it to, but it did--I think.
Last night for supper, I was bad and had a little spaghetti and garlic bread. (YUM and totally delicious). About 3 or 4 bites into my meal, I started sweating like a pig and had to go to the bathrooom--BAD. It was, like, uncontrollable.
Well, no more spaghetti for me. It still tasted wonderful though. I am kinda in denial about this.
Was this dumping??? If so, it was horrible.
What if I wasn't at home?????
Also--I have a dumba** of the week award. I have been taking Niacin because I thought it was B-1. Ooopsie!

Yes, that my dear is dumping!
The first time I dumped it was on cream of wheat cereal. It was so bad that it snowballed and I ended up in the hospital! There was more to it than dumping but its what triggered it.
Some people, including myself, dump on carbs. It sounds like you might be in the same boat as me. But for me its a good thing, I used to be the biggest carb junkie and now I won't go anywhere near any type of bread, rice or pasta. I don't know if I dump on sugar, I stop at 3 bites but I've convinced myself that I will dump. Otherwise I would probably eat until I did dump!

Yep! This was dumping. It's been almost a year for me and I had my first episode of it the other day. Decided to have a very small piece of my partner's bday cake with no icing (I know, I know) .. after one bite .. I was in the bathroom for the following 2 days .. Pasta is something that I absolutely love. I do a lot of lean cuisine meals for lunch and those were the only things that I could keep down in modesty for awhile. I eat about 1/2 to 3/4 of one now ... yummy.
