Prayers and thoughts needed!
Carmen, I think after a certain point we just get tired of doing the same exercises, eating the same foods, etc. Try to shake things up a little. Change your exercise routine, try some new foods. Get a friend to exercise with. Treat yourself to a short period of time each day to take care of you and get away from home for a short time even if only a half an hour or so. If you don't take care of yourself it will be hard to take care of the rest of your family.
You have done a great job so far and are just in a 'mood' I call them. We all have them. Just shake it off and continue on with the rest of your journey/life. You are stronger than this mood, so don't let it jeopardize all your hard work. You are woman!!!! You can do it!!!! Just do it!!!!!

Hang in there Lady! You have come so far and you will find your "center" again. Just keep trying new things until you find the one that works for you. Personally, I've started listening to the classical music station (88.7) on the radio going to/from work. I was never really big into classical music, but have found it very relaxing lately. With all the stress of dealing with my mother living with me temporarily while we try to get things settled to put her in the nursing home (long story), I have been very stressed and eating more too. But, I just try to make each day a little better, and if I can't do that, I try to find something low sugar/low fat, but tempting. Not always an easy task, I know.
Good luck and have faith in yourself to overcome your personal demons. I believe in you!

Carmen, I am so glad you posted this. I have put 4 pounds on in the past month I am just one year out. I havent been doing walking or excercise and I have eaten stuff I shouldn't of. I wanted so bad to say something but was afraid I would get a bunch of crap because I was doing this..... Know that you have posted this, I know I am not alone. Thanks for letting me know I am human. I have been trying hard the past two day but still strugling. I will keep you in my prayers also.

I too am glad that this is out and open to talk about. Thank you for being so brave and sharing your hardships. I am sorry about your 4 lbs, but I know that just talking about it will help you. I feel so much better just reading all of this love and support. I know that we can do this and that if we stay focused on today and forget about yesterday, we can get threw it.
