So do you think I would be getting enough iron by just taking a multi vitamin? I've never had a problem with being anemic but was told at pre-op class that I was supposed to take an iron supplement. Regina

I was wondering about the pill splitter. I got one last night but I think I may try and find some of the liquid at first. I'm just worried the pills that I do take are going to get stuck in my throat. I'm going to GNC today and see what I can find. There's also a natural foods store here in Columbus I may check out as well. Too bad I can't take a sedative to help me get some good sleep the next couple of nights. They changed my surgery time to 8:00 on Monday instead of 11:00. Might as well get in and get it over with so I can begin the journey even sooner. See you soon. Regina

Daily: 3 Flintstone Complete Chewables 2-3 Chocolate Citracals 2-3 Nature Valley Chocolate Calcium Chews--yum--tastes like a tootsie roll--really works when everyone at work is eating chocolate 1 Prozac 40 mg Just enough to keep me even!! 48 oz. Skim for 48 g of protein--also eliminates the need for Fiber Weekly: 1 B-1 capsule--no smell--no taste--kinda expensive though, but worth it Middle of month: 1 Sublingual B-12 End of month: 1 B-12 shot This is my regimen! Hope this helps!!!

I would like to add on to this topic. Im sorry Im late but I havent been home much the last 3 days and just now got to catch up on all the posts. My first month out it was all I could do to get in my 3 flintsones and my protein. I didnt worry about anything else that first month. But I did try and get on track by the 2nd month out. Here is what I take now: 3 Flinstones Complete (one with each meal) sometimes I do get the Sams Generic 4 Fiber Choice plus calcium sugar free per day. I take 2 at a time and I take them inbetween meals. B-total sublingual I take this twice a week. Sun and Thur B1 one tablet per week This week I started 2 new ones...not needed for surgery but just wanted to start taking....I get them online Andrew Lessmans HEALTHY HAIR SKIN AND NAILS.... this has alot of the B vitamins and biotin Andrew Lessmans Calcium and Magnesium...this has vit D in it also. So now I will have to do all the math and maybe cut back on my Fiber Choice.

Hi. Hello, My name is Tiffani and I have just celebrated by 5th year anniversary, or should I say birthday! I have taken several different brands and recommendations and have finally found one that really works. It is specially formulated to absorb into your system quickly and I actually felt better within a week of taking it. But the best part is that it contains good flora to help in your digestive tract and it has eliminated by gas and I had my first solid stool in 5 years. It is just amazing how I feel! I tried product, after product, and they just don't absorb into my system quickly enough to get the benefits, unless I take liquid, which is just gross! I loved the products so much I just started selling them. Please feel free to review my website and contact me. WWW.Helping-UB.com
