LOOKING BACK

Angie Yes time sure does fly. I cannot believe it has been a year already. I hope this next year I get all the bugs out and will be able to say next year that it has been a great second year. I really think that when I get my new choppers in and start chewing up my food instead of gumming it, that will make a big differance. I saw an Internal Medicine Doc at the VA this morning and he gave me a new antibiotic that he feels will solve the problem I am having right now. I ate lunch in Marion today and made it home without craping my drawers, so that is a step in the right direction. Ann is about to put me in a horse trailer and haul me around if I do not stop having accidents all the time. I don't blame her either. Tell my buddy Ed I said Hi. Dan

Oh Dan, I am so glad you are doing better. I told Joshua you said you are felling a little better. I don't know if I am looking forward to the one year mark I so wanted to have a few more pounds off and to be toned. But better late then never. I am so glad you meet me the day after our sugeries. You have been a great support through the life change of weight loss and those little problems that have popped up with my family and health. Lisa Thanks for the kind words of encourgement. It is hard to believe that we were walking the halls of the Bariactic Center a year ago. Time has gone fast. I am so glad I had the surgery. I really wanted to down 200 lbs. by the end of my first year, but I am not complaining. 180 is sure better than gaining. Tell Joshua to drop me a note now and then. I will reply. Also, if I ever get to where I can get down to the basement I will dig out some more marbles for him. I have about a thousand of them boxed up down there.
