Well, this is my first post to the message boards. I am 28, I am scheduled for gastric bypass surgery on November 14th. Three weeks from today. So if you have any helpful advice or just want to share anything I would apperciate it. Thanks, Kristina

Kristina, Welcome, Feel free to ask any questions you have. I have all my journey on my profile. Ive lost right around 100 lbs and had my surgery in July. Still have a long way to go...but Im really feeling great these days. I wish u the best on your journey! Mariah

Hey thank you all *****sponded and welcomed me here! It is so comforting to know there are people out there in the my same situation. Just to throw out a question here... I have my pre op testing next Wednesday, anyone have any helpful tips I can use to prepare until then?
