Another Tracey Update

I spoke to Tracey today,, and she sounds really good.. She said she already walked 4 miles.. What a trooppperr!!! She says her left side hurts,, but she's doing fine.. She gets to leave today at 2pm,, which is exciting!! She gonna be a big loser now.. I'm sure she'll post and tell you about her experience.. She's got me all excited to do it now... I think she still a little shocked that she has done it,, I know I would be... But she's doing good,,, and she's gonna be losing that weight in no time!! *(lucky girl) I let her know that I made you all aware and she was really appreciative,, so she knows you've all been thinking about her...... 4 whole miles? wow....she is a loser no doubt as you soon will be as well...it is very exciting being a loser....after being obese and then a loser, there is nothing like it....tootin your horn and people not knowing who you are...it is great

Sounds like she is doing great!! I know by my one week appointment I had lost 11 lbs and I thought WOW I am on my way!!! Send her our wishes.. and yours is coming soon enough... you will be loosin too. Linda
