Went to see my PCP today and he feels my heart is ok and I need to stop getting myself stressed out. Now there is a real challenge. He gave me a prescription for creon to take before I eat which helps to digest food. Also has me taking a fiber pill and a new prescription for pain meds. Will see how they work. I want to thank all of you for your prayers and concerns. You all mean so much to me. I have to start turning the corner pretty soon. I know Charlie had 3 Angels, but I have him beat by a mile. Thanks for being there for this senior citizen. Papa Dan

Hi Papa Dan, I hope all the changes the doctor is making really make a difference for you. Have you ever thought about seeing a counsellor for a few sessions to get some tips on stress management? I bet you could find some info on WebMD too. I missed the clothing exchange due to a family thing. I wish I could have gone. I heard it was lots of fun. Good luck and feel better fast! Janet

Hi Dan, I've been under a lot of stress lately too. I've found that if I listen to classical music while in the care (usually just in the car on the way to and from work). I have never been a particular fan of classical music, but I knew that they use it in daycares and full day kindergartens because it quiets the children down and studies have shown that children exposed to classical music seem to learn better. So, I figured I'd give it a try. It really seems to help me relax, maybe it will help you. I listen for about 30 minutes, twice a day. Good luck. Cindy
