I need help!

Here I am finally it's taken me weeks to figure this out not computer smart anyways,I'm trying to get some pics on my profile not having anyluck please help me someone by the way I'M A NEWBIE BUT HAVE ONE FRIEND ON HERE GAIL met her at a pr-op class last friday she's awesome was hoping to get on here before my sugery it's nov 8th and Thank God I'm on so I"m so excited but have lot's to learn! Mary, Welcome! As I'm sure Gail told you, this is the perfect place to find out stuff! Please feel welcome to ask away!! To get your picture on here: Go to the 'Main Messageboard" On the left side of the screen you will see: Welcome (your user name) User Settings Click on 'User Settings' The first section is 'My icon'. 'Browse' to the location of the picture you want to display, then click on 'upload'. You may want to check first to be sure your picture is less than 20k (memory it takes up) and 100 x 100 pixels (dimensions..think: 2 inches by 2 inches...that kind of thing). If you don't have your picture squared, the OH software will make it squared so it may skew how you really look. You probably have a picture editing package on your computer that can help you with that. If not, email me. I'll send you my addy so you can send me the pic. I'll get it in the right shape & size for you and send it back to you. November 8th will be here in no time! Congrats!! Sherri

Welcome Mary, Im glad u finally got on. U can find alot of support here. Not everyone gets the same instructions from their drs and not everyone in here will give u the same advice but u will always find support. Best of wishes for your upcoming surgery.
