Would like some ideas please,

Hello everyone, Two ladies from work here are having the surgery one day before me. One lady had bought me a curves dish with the ice circle included for like lunches and so on then they bought me a photo album with butterflies on it and it has a message in it that said 10/6/06 Tracey, Remeber as you travel through this journey, we are her with you. The pictures will help you with what was and what will be- Here is to your new life with the person in you. Love Linda and Joann. then they put their before pictures in by the message and my before pictures on the page to start my journey. Are these awesome ladies or what!!! I so lucky to have them as friends. anywase I would like to do something nice for them. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you for all your input.

Coupons for a free pedicure or facial massage?

I might just have to get them and I one of those!!! LOL thank you that is a great idea.

To go along with Jodi's idea, I'd ask them both to go to lunch, pick them up and then all three of you go for a girls day at the salon. I just LOVE pedicures!! Well...did when my feet could handle it anyway...lol! I could just imagine me and a couple of friends having a blast doing that! Oh...and be sure to bring your camera to add to those 'before' pics!!

When I had my surgery, my friend made a basket of all "self-pampering" stuff like nail stuff, lotion etc. It was the perfect gift! She also included some magazines for after surgery etc. You might want to buy them some disposable cameras so they can document their weight loss as well. I would just make a goody basket for after surgery with pampering stuff, cameras, magazines, movies, books, anything like that! Sam

thank you girls, I went this weekend and got some magazines and crystal light, and sippie cups and some lotion, and the camera thing is a good idea, I am going to get a couple of those before I give them their baskets thank you!!!!
