Sheryle from Ohio... HELLO
Hi Sheryle,
Welcome to OUR Indy board, I am so sorry to hear that your local board isn't that active! We welcome you here! I understand you are fairly new to this, and are a relative of Mariah's-we love her- I am sure we can all love you as well! Please feel free to ask ???'s here, post/respond, we love to talk, giggle, chat, and visit!!! We are having a clothing exchange in Oct., on the 7th, not sure if you would be interested in visiting but you would be welcome as well!! We all love getting together either for the exchanges or sometimes just a quick little monthly get together, cookout, dinner, dancing, heck we are up for just about anything!!!
I know in the beginning, all of the different processes and waiting can play havoc on one's emotions and nerves! We have all been there done that or are going through it, or are anticipating, as you are! Please keep us posted and keep in touch!
I am not sure if Vicki C. post on the Ohio board, she does post often on the mainboard, she is however a buckeye, and someone that I have personally had as a secret inspiration. She will also be attending the Lexington Convention next month, along with several of us here on the Indy board, maybe you could look her up, she is awesome! Her name is Vicki Carver! Hope this helps!
Have a great night!! Thanks for checking us out, keep in touch and welcome back whenever you feel like chatting!

Hi and thanks for the welcome! Yes I am related to Mariah, she is my niece. She actually told me about OH and suggested I read it, so I started checking it out last spring. She's why I have been lurking in the Indian forum so much. The Ohio group is fine, but I really enjoy the daily threads you do over here. I may take this idea and see if it works on the Ohio forum. It's such a great way to get to know each other.
I'm still trying to decide what I want to do. One minute I want to have the RNY and the then next I don't. I went to a seminar in Dayton back in April and have been undecided ever since. I have a friend who had this almost a year ago and looks great, not only that she has tons of engergy that she didn't have before. Then Mariah had her surgery in July and I see the wonderful changes in her - she's more like the old Mariah that I used to know. So whenever I see the changes in them, it almost makes me ready to do it. I know I'll probably decide to go ahead with the RNY, but just want to be sure that I'm absolutely ready.
