Good Morning beautiful people! I am super excited today because as of 6:30 PM I am a pseudo Aunt!!! Regan Louisa was born at 7lbs 10 oz. and 15 " long! I am soooo excited! I get to go see the baby on Sunday! I went to Meijer yesterday to grab some groceries and ended up leaving with diapers and more baby stuff. I got this kid covered till their 18! In other news, after browsing the main message board I heard of people eating these "Gerber Graduates" meals. They have like turkey, mashed potatos and green beans. All kinds of flavoers. The nice thing is, everything is cut up real small. I tried one for dinner last night and it wasn't too shabby! The nutritional information wasn't too awful either. Have a great weekend everyone!! Hi, I hope everyone is doing well! I am really feeling great. I have lost 8 pounds in just over three weeks now. I am going to be in the best shape I can be for sugery. I have been going to exercise at the Y, and met with my personal trainer Tuesday. I was terrified she was going to take one look at me and say something like, "What are you thinking? I can't help you." She was really nice, though, and positive, and made me feel like I can do it (the weight training). Monday I go for the presentations with Dr. Gomez and Dr. Inman. I'm pretty excited about that, too. Linda

Sam Well I know who Uncle Sam is and now I know who Aunt Sam is. That is really great news. I am doing so much better the past couple of weeks I cannot believe it. This week I went to my Cardiologist for a check and he about craped himself with joy. He had to tell everyone in the clinic to come look at me. He said my heart is great, meaning the ekg was good, no more meds for the heart, no more oxygen, and nor more bi-pap. Plus do not have to see him until a year from now. Who says WLS does not change your health. I am still going to the chiropractor 3 times a week and water exercises twice a week. The back is starting to feel better all the time. I even went out and rode my bike last weekend. Dan
