Good Morning Ladies and Gentlemen! Back to the old grind. I know many kids are going back to school this week so I hope everyone's kidlets have a great first week! I started back to work last Tuesday (exactly 3 weeks from surgery.) I did great Tuesday and Wednesday but by Thursday I was getting real tired. Woke up on Friday with a headache, my stomach hurt, and I was EXHAUSTED!! So I ended up not coming in. I then proceeded to sleep 18 out of the next 24 hours. No wonder I was tired!! I also realized my stomach hurt because I was trying to be superwoman at work and pick up some stuff that was much over my 10lb. limit. I didn't even think about it...just habit. However I am back in the saddle and ready to try and make it a full week! The best thing about last week was my stall stopped! I started the week at 268...I've been sitting there since the first week!! Well this morning and weighed in at 262...a total loss of 27lbs. since the day of surgery (4 weeks tomorrow!) Looks like this weight loss thing might just be working! Hope everyone has a great day!! Sam

I got a great start to the day! Got up early and got 30 minutes of walking in. I feel really good about that. My son starts school next Tuesday. I can't believe the list of classroom supplies they need - koolaid mix, cups, napkins, snacks, tissue, in addition to the regular school supplies. He will have 4 grocery bags to take with him! Linda

Hi Sam Glad to hear that you are back to work, even though it was a short one. You got to watch that lifting so you don't end up doing something bad to yourself. Congrats on loosing the 27 lbs. Keep up the good work gal. It does work. I am doing much better since I have been going to the chiropracter and doing water aerobics twice a week. May get this old body working like it should one of these days. I am just hoping it will not take another surgery to accompli**** I even got the bicycle out on Saturday and learned how to ride again after many years. Take care of yourself. Papa Dan
