TGIF !! Roll Call

Good Friday all. Sounds like everyone has a busy weekend ahead lol. Well I got on the scales this morning and since I had surgery last Tuesday morning I have now lost a total of 30 pounds I was so excited. I have been feeling kind of sickly the last few days. I don't know if I am over doing it or what but just no energy and feelin rough. Is this normal? It is like a good day then bad the next sometimes.Well I am watching my nephew this weekend and till Wednesday so my brother and sister n law can go on vacation to Michiagn. Yes, I am a wonderful sister lol. Take care and be careful. Love ya Cindy

Cindy, It sounds like you are doing so awesome. Congratulations!!!! I sure hope I do as well as you are doing. Ive been looking at alot of clothing books the last week and Im getting so excited to start buying girly looking clothes again and not potato bags....lol Mariah

Happy Friday All You Wonderful People!! It sure is a beauty out there again today! I just enjoyed my 2 laps around the downtown blocks on my break! I love walking the city! I am so thrilled with the progress I have made with my knees. That is the main reason I had this surgery and let me tell you...this last 15 pounds off has made all the difference in the world! I still have to be careful with my knees but they are not hurting me at all! Thank you Jesus! I am getting around so much better and not being in constant pain has been fantastic! It seems I went form 75 pounds lost to 91 so quickly I barely remembert he 80's..lol I anticipate it to be a week or so before i see a loss again while my body resets itself from the fast pace. This whole journey has been such a joyful blessing and I am so happy this is the path I have chosen. Do you know...I actually had 6 men flirt with me on the road yesterday coming home from work! lol I told my husband how friendly all the men were and he said well...you do look great!
