Fish Oil Question

Does anyone post op take fish oil, and if so how much do you take? I wanted to start taking it, but jeepers they look HUGE for my little pouch! Thanks!

I pass on fish oil...no thanks...i do flax seed and no after taste....and i have never had a problem with it and they are huge as well....

my mom takes fish oil in the tablet form, she gets it at CVS and says it dont have an after taste like the gel caps. Carla

Be careful taking the fish oil. My friend's husband was taking it and after a while, he developed a body odor that couldn't be washed off. He now takes flaxseed oil, same Omega 3 fatty acids, but no body odor. Cindy
