GUESS WHAT?????????

Wahoo for you two!!! Don't be surprised if your surgery is sooner than later, especially those with Dr. Cacucci. I was approved by insurance on feb 10 ( i called and found out), they called me with a date 3-4 days later, and LITERALLY LEAPED out of my chair when Heather said she could schedule me the last week of February. By the time I got my date I only had about two weeks to wait! Good luck to you both. After only 3.5 months, it's already been an incredible journey!

Congratulations, Mariah! I was in your shoes in April, and I remember what a relief it was (I got my news by letter.****pt reading it over and over again to make sure I wasn't mistaken. I'm 3 and a half weeks out now, and officially down 24 lbs. I will be honest, the first few weeks are pretty hard, but they go pretty quickly. And if you focus on the noticeable things about the weight loss - such as tight clothing getting loose - it is a little easier. Congratulations again. I'm really happy for you!

Thanks so much Katy. Im glad to hear you are doing better now and u are loosing really well. I can only hope I do was well as you. I keep reading what u and Teresa have to say since you are both such fresh post ops. This way I know whats coming down the road in 2 months....lol. Sounds like u are going to have to be at the clothing exchange. I would like to be at it and be about 1 week post op. Mariah

Congratulations!!!!!!!!! I know how you feel.. i was soo excited when I got the news. When I got my date it seemed so far away.. The time went pretty fast. I hope you get a date soon and that it's not too far away. Let us know when you get your date. You'll be on the losing side before you know it... I'm off to bed, I have to get up early tomorrow.
