Good job Kristie!!!   I am proud of you for your accomplishment.  But I am also happy to see you are finding ways to encourage yourself thru something other than the scales.  I know its easy to get obsessed with the scales but they are not the true measure of success with our journey.  They are just one way to monitor progress.

You are doing great!!!  Keep it up.  I have lost 98 inches myself!  It is amazing isn't it!!!

Huge hugz,
Tracy

Topic: RE: Clothes??
You are smaller than me so I can't help you out any more!  But I am proud of you!!!

I dont know what Robin is doing about the exchange.  She mentioned to me that she was checking dates.  If I haven't heard from her after my vacation next week, I will get something rolling.

I am so happy to know you girls are doing well and are seeing awesome results.

Here's a suggestion.... If anyone knows family members that may have clothes they are wanting to get rid of, ask them to donate them to the exchange.  As we shrink, it becomes more difficult to find smaller sizes at the exchange.  Ususally 12's are about the smallest we see.  If you have friends or family that are in the smaller sizes, you might ask if they have things to share.  I have found they are happy to do so.  And alot of times gives them a reason to shop for something new so they can donate their clothes they have had for a while.

Love ya all and have a great day tomorrow!

Huge hugz,
Tracy

Betty-

Dr. Inhman is very skilled at open and lap nprocedures, but -and this is my own logic and opinion-  I had an open DS, and though it took a while to be able to get up without feeling like I was going to rip something, I would have it open again.  Here's why:  I like that the surgeon has more room to operate, and,     - again my own logic- can more clearly see the structures.

Thanks so much for your replies! Im a little nervous about the psych eval which is crazy considering Im going to school to be a clinical psychologist! I think I am way more comfortable being the interviewer rather than the interviewee. Thanks again
