Sent my papers to Anthem today!!!!

Wow!!! Everyone is having such great news today. I hope the good luck will rub off on me. I sent in my paper work today. I was waiting on one last paper from my Family Dr and it came Friday. I got it all together at work last night, made copies and sent it all Fed Ex today. It supposed to be there first thing in the morning. I cant wait till Fri. I will start calling them and hounding them by the end of the week...lol Thanks to Sherri and all the others who have given me so much help in the last few weeks. Sam, I sent mine in this order: my cover letter Dr C's letter and records, with the psych eval. My Family Drs referrel to Dr C and the records he had sent to her with 18 months worth of wts even thought I wasnt seeing him for wt loss specifically he knew I had been trying to diet and was going to a gym. Then I had my wts I obtained from My OBgyn Then my gym membership and records I obtained from there for the last yr that Ive been a member. Next were my recent Phy Therapy- Rehab records Last I ended in Old records I obtained from old drs, old hospital records, old rehab records and records I obtained from CVS of Diet drugs I had been on over the yrs and my other meds... I hope this was enough... Mariah
