My first wow moments...lol
I'm only 10 days post op but they are starting already...YAY
1. My rings are loose enough that I can wear them on the next finger without getting them stuck.
2. Jeans I lived in about a month ago (which fit well, maybe a smidge loose) are no long safe for public without a belt
3. This morning my fiance said "wow, you can tell you're losing weight...certainly look thinner." That was instead of "good morning honey" but I'll take it.
I'm only down about 25.5lbs since I started liquids, about 9.5 since surgery. I say "only" because it seems like such a small amount to already be noticing differences.
Congratulations! I'm very happy for you. I am 4 weeks post-op and down 31 lbs. I can't tell when I look in the mirror, but every now and then I catch site of some part of my body (my ankle, forearm, calf) and it hits me...it looks smaller than it use to! I will be glad when the last of the swelling in my upper abdomin goes down. I think that will be the most notable thing for me. Keep on keeping on and happy losing!

It is the little things LOL I put on a t-shirt today that was a little snug last summer and it fit okay. I can't see it when I look at myself but I guess I really am getting smaller.
I am feeling TOTALLY great! Like 100% back to normal. I'm still taking it easy because in my head I know I just had major surgery...but physically (aside from the irritation of my pants rubbing the incision abovemy belly button) I feel like nothing was ever done!
The hardest part right now is reminding myself to eat because , since I'm not hungry I don't think about it.
