Hey, Friday finally made it. Hope everyone has a great weekend. Keep up the good work. Saturday is my 5 month anniv. Down 90# so far. This is a wonderful journey. Debbie

Hey, Friday,.....I would say 90 pounds is just wonderfull. I have one more pound to go to get to 70# I am sure I could of lost more if my gyn doc would let me walk. Oh I will be at it in 4 weeks. Take care everyone. Lisa
