Help!!! Im so confused.

OK I have talked with my insurance company on 2 different occasions today and they both have told me that the Dr's office has to send the information. I did how ever get the fax number that the information needs to be sent to. So now my delima is do I call the Dr's office and give them the 800 number they gave me to call (which I can't call its only for doctors) and give them the fax number too or do I just fax it to the number she gave me? The last lady I talk with did say it would be better to fax the information to them instead waiting for such a long period of time. Bonnie

Call the doctor's office. They'll probably have you talk to their case manager..I don't remember her name. Tell her what the insurance told you, give her the numbers, and she'll give them a call herself. Sherri
