Da Region, NW Indiana

Anyone here from Da Region? I am from NW Indiana. I had my surgery in Chicago. I just joined a local gym and wanted a partner in crime to start aquasizing with. It makes the time go by so much faster I think and you don't think of how sore you are!! Hugs and Kisses, Sandy

Sandy, I am just a hope skip and less than a jump away... in valpo. I have a membership at the YMCA but wasw thinking about doing the fitness barn because they are open 24 hours I have a 2 year old so.... there are alwaus the trails top walk or my favorite Lighthouse mall. I am a couple of months ahead of you wioth my surgery I am finally under 300 I have lost close to 100 but still have a long way to go Hope everything is going well for you get in touch if you have any questions I may be able to give advice on... the thing that helped me the most was my bestfriend is almost 3years out Take care! keri
