Tammy, I use the ZIPPY ZOO Complete Chewables from Krogers. They come in a bottle of 600 and are very reasonable in price. I watch the sales when they have buy one get one free and then stock up. Since I lack teeth right now, I crush mine and have them with some yogart. Dan

I like the Equate children's chewables with iron from Walmart. They are cheaper and taste better than the Flintsones. They were approved by the St.V dieticians.

Hi Tammy, I am just 14 days post op. I bought the Chewable Vitamins from bariatricadvantage.com. They also have a chewable calcium citrate losenge. Both are easy to get down. In addition, I take Biotin, B-12 sublingual, prescription strength iron (had some anemia issues before surgery and lost a lot of blood immediately after, but I'm OK now). I opted not to use the children's chewables because you have to take so many of them. (The recommended dosage is for children, after all.) The bariatricadvantage.com vitamins are no more expensive than name brand vitamins like Centrem. Especially if you order a 3 month supply instead of 1 month. They give you a 25% discount. Good luck. I take Centrum chewables, I tried the Flinestones and they made me sick. I also take Viactiv which is Calcium, these are wonderful. I use them as my treats each day. They are like pieces of carmels. I really like the Carmel flavor, the strawberry is no bad I did not care for the chocolate ones. I have not tried the other flavors since I am on 8 weeks out. I also that Biotin, b1, b12 sublingual. I get all my vitamins at Walmart. Have a wonderful weekend.
