For all the new folks on here....this is a FREE clothing exchange open to ALL before, during and after WLS patients. If you are pre-op...or just thinking about surgery....please come!!!! We always have wayyyyyyy too many larger size clothing and for those hosting the event...it saves them from having to get rid of the clothes afterwards!!!
For those donating.....PLEASE go through your donations carefully and make sure they are stain free, in good condition and stylish (don't bring that dress ya had in your closet from 1982 ). We get so many donations....we can afford to be picky for the exchanges
Also...there is a pitch-in...so feel free to bring in a dish of choice.

Boy, it is getting close, I am so excited to host this, and to see everyone again!
Hope everyone can make it, and don't forget some before pics, so we can see your successes!
Deb, I read awhile back someone had suggested name tags, do you know where I can find them at? Also, could you or Linda email me the numbers that were used for the tables for the sizes of clothing, I also am planning on bringing bottled water and different varieties of the crystal light to go pouches, have paper plates, napkins,silverware, etc.
Does anyone have other suggestions for me since this is my first hosting?
I really am looking forward to this, I love doing this type of thing and look forward to hosting again in the future if needed!!!

The signs for the tables should be: 8-10

If you have enough tables...you may want to separate the 8-18. Not sure how many tables you are going to have.
Also...we need a table for men's clothing....maybe 2 tables since we had A LOT of men's clothing at the last exchange. I would say you need at least 11-12 tables. I am going to try to be there early enough to help you get set-up.

Ann and I will be more than happy to bring along name tags and markers for them.
Just for fun maybe folks could not only put their name on them but their pre op and current weight i.e. 450/338 (that is mine by the way). If they are pre ops then they can just write PREOP. Just a thought.
I have a bunch of men's clothing to bring down. We will try to get their early enough to help if we can.
I will be bringing my cheese and pineapple on a stick and also some crab salad and crackers. Same as the Jan exchange.
