Greetings to everyone on this beautiful sunny day. Hopefully the storms they are predicting for us tonight will pass on over and we can continue to enjoy this good weather. I went to my PCP this morning for a check up and besides losing 126 pounds in six months, he has now taken me off all my diabetic meds and all my blood pressure meds.!!!!!! I am ecstatic!!!!! God is good. Look forward to seeing you at the clothing exchange. Hope everyone gets through the storms okay tonight.

Connie, CONGRATULATIONS!!! That's AWESOME!!! It's wonderful with the weight loss, but when you really get to seeing all the health benefits, doesn't it just make everything so worth it??????
