Lexington Seminar Info...

Hi Everyone, just received an email from Brenda, she is working with OH on the seminar, asked some questions, found out some answers.... There will be speakers both days, the hotel contract has still not been signed, however she said she thought the rooms were around 120.00 a night, also if we go through her the seminar cost would be around 75.00, she is also working on putting together some sightseeing info that we could do on our own if we would like, as well as, she stated that there will be a masqquerade ball in the evening, and that the dr.'s speakers will be attending the ball. I have asked her to send me several registration forms and told her about the clothing exchange in hopes to be able to have them there for anyone interested in going, keep in mind though she did say that the registration deadline with her is May 1st.... Hey Dawn!!! Thanks so much for helping out here!! We now have a contract for the Radisson Hotel in downtown Lexington, YEAAAAA...if you go to the site you will see a travel agent that you can contact for reservations. We do have rooms blocked but they fill up fast. We will try to get a list of other area hotels as well.... the date is Oct 27th-28th.. The race track (Keeneland) which is only open in April and October will be on it's last weekend..the Kentucky horsepark is right down the way..as well as fun things going on right there in downtown Lexington., I am actually trying to find out if there are festivals that weekend. There should be since again, it's the last weekend of racing. go to the events site to find out more. It's going to be a blast!! watch this site as I will constantly be updating it..I am going to try to put a link for the Radisson hotel on there, they will also be putting area activities on their site for us.. email me for more details..and don't forget as Dawn said, my offer for 35.00 off registration will only last until May 1st, if you sign up on line you will be charged 105.00..through me it's $75.00 this will be an awesome learning experience and a lot of fun!! Oh,, speaking of clothing exchange..I am afraid we won't have a place for you to display the clothing ..BUT, if you are staying at the hotel perhaps you can do that in your room..
