A Female Question of Sorts

Hello! This is my first period post op (unless you count the one I started the night before surgery haha), and I'm having horrible cramps. I've already walked two miles today, so I know its not lack of activity thats doing it. What can we take for cramps?

got any pain meds left over from surgery? sure do not miss this myself..

My surgeon only lets us take regular tylenol, anything else will mess with your pouch. I feel for you, pre-op I would down the Alieve, can't do that anymore! I usually take a hot bath and use a heating pad, that helps a bit. Jaimee
