Saggy Tummy!
Hi Y'all!
Let me start out by saying that I am so happy that I had surgery, it is by far the best thing that I have ever done for myself. Sure, my recovery has been rough and the whole lifestyle is hard, but I knew it wasn't going to be easy and I have absolutely no regrets. I am very greatful to have my health back; the pounds lost and my renewed energy and zest for life is just a bonus!
So you would think that I wouldn't be complaining about a saggy tummy, right? I don't mean to sound ungreatful but it is really bad. A tummy tuck is in my future but I have to wait awhile because I want to have a baby within the next 3 years. When I work out and jog my tummy actually hurts; the wiggling and jiggling is painful. I've been wearing really fitted lycra shorts or pants and that has helped compress it a bit.
I'm learning to dress to disguise the pouch but it is a little frustrating to slip into a smaller size but look like you have a butt in the front. You know what I mean?! Does anyone have any suggestions for the pain and for the aesthic appearance? I couldn't care less how I look undressed, it is just the concealing it in clothes. Are there any shapper panties that you recomend? Thanks for your help!! ((Hugs))

your a real loser...LMAO..you know they make this suit that pulls it all in and sucks it all up...now i do wear a panty that kinda holds it in place, just 3.00 at walmart...mine is not that bad for my age..i can live with it if i had to..not pretty by any means...one reason i wear these panties is another gal i know i would watch her walk and her butt jiggled and one side would smack the other side as she walked...i know too she lost alot more weight than i had but that still had me worried and mine may but since i can not see back there and walk at the same time i just started with these panties....i see some say firm but now no thanks, i wanna breathe while i am alive...lol...but this body suit a gal wore to our support meeting and it took her down 2 full sizes i am thinking..sucking up all the flub....and she said it was comfy as well...and you know seems like the tops are all short and the pants all are low riders....and i know i do not need either of those...
I've checked out the site www.tummytuckjeans.com. They are suppose to tuck your tummy in as if you had a tummy tuck. Nice, but so is the price. I refuse to pay that much for a pair of jeans till I know I'll get a few year's worth of wear and tare out of them. My regular jeans look ok as long as they aren't starting to get loose at all...then I have the frontal badonadonk too.

Hey Jaimee...Congradulations on your success!!! I know I'm going to have the "Saggy Tummy" syndrome as well in my future...it's already starting. My boss had surgery a week after me, and we were talking about full body girdles that many use especially while working out because it holds everything in place. I'm not sure where to find these full body girdles, but I will definitely ask her tomorrow and see if she knows of anywhere!!! Support hose and a panty girdle would help a bit I would think, but I haven't tried either. I know this all may seem really terrible to have to work out in but if it serves the purpose sometimes we have to do what we have to do!!! I would die of a heat stroke personally having to wear all those layers especially to work out in!!! I will let you know if she tells me where to get that full body girdle if your interested. Best wishes!!! ~~~Shari
