Hello everyone, enjoy the weather why you can before it gets nasty again. I did pick up on the house a little, not really sure what I am aloud to do cause the hospital never gave me a sheet to tell me what not to so I am just not picking up stuff over 7 pounds. Or if it hurts to pick up I put it down. lol, I worked a little on my bathroom, but not going to do a thing today cause why bother if a tornado comes it would just mess everything back up LOL But all and all I have been trying to be carefull as much as posible. I do know because I asked the doctor when I could start walking again and she only around the house I would have to wait for 4 weeks to start my half and hour walks. Oh just incase some don't no I just had a hystrorectomy incase you are new and think I am talking about wls. Well the rest of you WAKE UP!!! Lisa B

Oh, I'm up and hubby changed the clocks last night. Ive only lived in indiana for just now 6 years, so I'm very accustomed to Daylight savings, and don't undersatnd why people have their panties all in a bunch over it. Sitting down to my vitamin breakfast. Still no luck with a bowel movement. Think I'm going to have to take dad's advice and go get an enema. Yuck.

Hey girl, I can relate about the bowel movement problem. I went to GNC and bought the Smooth Move herbal tea,,it is great. I just drink a cup before bedtime,,its good,,I got the chocolate flavor,,,and the next day,,VOILA!! about 4.79 a box... Good luck!

LOL.....I haven't been reading the boards for a while....sorry But if haven't had a BM since surgery.....call your doctor Cuz' I'd say ya probably about full I know after surgery (except for the diarrhea bouts) I only had 'normal' BM's about 2-3 times a week-which made sense considering not much was going in I did start eating Raisin Bran ceral and fresh fruit to help keep me naturally regular Hope this helps

Good morning everyone! I took my granddaughter for her first haircut yesterday. She's 22 months and a headful of curls. The poor guy...her stylist, he deserved hazardous duty pay! LOL! She never cried a tear but wiggled and squirmed all over the place. What does my daughter say? "Well, it's a little short on the sides." The fact that she had hair on the sides at all is a credit to that terrific stylist! I taped the whole adventure so she will know when she gets to be a mommy why her kids are how they are! Hahaha!! I took her to lunch after that. Mmmm...Wendy's chilli for me. Now my grandson (he's 5) is saying how he needs another haircut! Hahaha!! He knows that 'haircut' means a special day with Mamaw. I've taken him for all of his haircuts so he knew that Myranda was going to get some 1 on 1 time with Mamaw. Anyway, if you have a little one, Great Clips did a great job. They have little cards they fill out for baby's first haircut too. I've heard of other places (like in Castleton somewhere) that will videotape it all for you, but Great Clips is close for me. Well..guess I best get busy. I'm gonna tan, treadmill, exercise (Sunday's are my day for my exercise tapes), and work on that blasted report for work. Actually, gonna work on it in-between the fitness stuff. Have a terrific day!! Sherri

I'm rebelling today! I haven't changed my clocks yet. Including TV's VCR's, appliances and other clocks I have around 20 to change. I won't get anything else done today. We slept in this AM to a shameful 9:00 then I fixed omletts with onion, red pepper, mushrooms and itallian cheese. DH got bacon and english muffin with his. Going out now to play with my horse before the rains come again. Take it easy today. Don't over do. Thing that I did wrong was bend over to clean toilets. The bending killed me.

We remembered to change our clocks...however my DH changed the one on his side of the bed and it is one of those "smart clocks" that automatically springs forward or falls back depending on what time zone it is set to. So...we ended up getting up an hour earlier by mistake! Grrr... But at least we were on time to church!
