How Much Do You Exercise, really?

Hi Heather! I'm working out 3-4 times a week. Some weeks I do more, some weeks I do less. I'm doing aerobics, toning with weights and yoga. Let me tell yah, it hasn't done anything to help with excess skin. Or atleast I don't think so... I'm going to need a tummy tuck. I started at 365 and am at 210 today. I've always carried the majority of my weight in my middriff area so it's pretty bad. Regardless, I feel better when I exercise (mentally and physically). We are doing a walking challenge at work so I'm motivated to stick with it. Jaimee

Hi Heather, Well, I must admit I am going to the YMCA 6 days a week. I have a routine of 30-45mins doing the bike or treadmill and then switching days off I either do strength building and the other's I swim. I spend about an hour to an hour and half each day. But, I've been doing this for the past two months and yes my body is toning up and the inches are going away, but the scales haven't moved the way I would hope they would. I drink four protein drinks per day and I just don't understand why my weight is not going down faster. I weighed 259 at the time of surgery on Dec. 9th and today I weight 202, sure the loss is great but it's been this way for about 4 weeks. I'm not losing faith though, just going to keep turning this fat into muscle I guess. Julie R.

Hey, Heather! Your new pic is great! I was doing good until it turned cold out... Was walking 30-45 minutes every night. It's been months since I've done that, just not into the cold-nose-and-ear club. But, with the weather finally starting to warm up, I plan to get back into it.
