3lbs from goal

Hello everyone just wanted to stop in and let everyone know that as of today I am 3 lbs away from my Dr's goal and I'm not even 1 year out.I feel proud of myself for all the hard work I have done to get this far its not been easy but I have done it.

You got plenty to be proud of girl... But being soo close to goal Please don't get to confident... always remember your protien and your vitamins!!! We wouldnt want you getting sick now that your sexy!! Linda

Well, u never know where u might run into a name u know but a face u don't! Look at u looking so pretty! I came up to the Indy board to see my friend Armildas post (we have the same dr and both of us see him and the same plastic surgeon tomorrow) and I see a beautiful pic of u!!! LOL hi...this is where i hang out at...i need a new pic....he is doing not to bad, i need to take dr phone numbers to work with me tomorrow so i can call and check up on the blood work he had done today....hoping all his levels are good....for everyone Angela here has one of my married names, i use to be angela russell....and when i saw her posting before her surgery i had to say hi...cos her name sure caught my eye

LOL, well Armilda and I went and had a check up with Dr Shina today. I am below his goal by 8 pounds and ready for plastics! I saw the plastic surgeon. He seems like a competent surgeon but he wasn't too friendly. I think when we find out for sure that my insurance co will cover what they say he will the dr will be more enthused..I got flirted with today! It made me blush! Hi Angela...I love up the street from Angie....we are WLS buddies If ya want to try someone else for the plastics...it's worth the drive. Her name is Elizabeth Grasse and she is with the Turkle Group in Carmel. She is VERY empathetic towards WLS patients and she is very competent. She is sensitive to our needs as women and to getting the most out of the surgery that she can. I am going in for another consult this year...I went last year when I was at 180 pounds...they suggested to wait until I was at goal-to prevent loose skin after surgery (if I had it then and lost more-as I have-it would have made what she had done loose). Plus my insurance required that I be at a stable weight for 3-6 months before having the panni removed (the only thing they cover ) Anyhow...the price last year for a tummy tuck, breast lift with implants and my arms was $13000.....with insurance paying about $3500 of that. Thanks I will keep her in mind. Right now I am just waiting to see what my insurance says. They said they would pay for all the procedures but who knows when it comes down to it! Angela
