Thanks for input!

Thanks to everyone who posted info for me to consider. I went for the eval yesterday with Dr. Randall and all went well. I had to chuckle a little at some of the questions on the written test. I went to Community North hospital but the nurse at my doctor's office said the eval info can be transferred if I change my mind on what hospital to go to. With the insurance I have it looks like I will be going to St. Francis-Beech Grove. After the eval I went shopping with my daughter at the mall and as we were passing a Victoria's Secret I thought to myself......it will be really nice to be able wear something other than their lotions/perfumes some day!! no doubt in my mind dr clark is the doc to have....just it sucks to keep going north for everything...or anything...to me it is the other side of the world...lol...and it may as well be...

I had my RNY done by Dr Jon Mandelbaum from the St Francis group; Dr. Clark is in the same group. I really like all the after support that I've been getting from the St Francis Weight Loss Center. Their office people are great. My insurance seems to like it, too. The bills have been coming in and my portion has been very small. A pleasant surprise. It will be nice to not shop at the Big and Tall stores anymore because I'm not tall. I went to the Community North group for the pre op seminar. The traffic on 465 and 69 was horrible! I thought, "I'm going to have to fight this traffic each and every time I come up here to see the doctor." The people and doctors seemed fine but the traffic was enough to sway my opinion to seek out a group on the South-side. 32 days post op and down about 45 pounds. Rob

St. Francis is great, I went through it on Dec. 9th. After surgery my youngest daughter and her husband gave me a gift card for Victoria's Secret...I went shopping there today, not quite 4 months later and couldn't decide what I want...but I can use it there and actually fit in what they have.
