Multi Vitamin gummies

Hi everyone, has anyone tried these? I saw them at Sam's Club, I didn't check out the nutrients. I still have a half bottle left of the chewables....joy. Happy Day all, Tammy

Tammy~ The Multi Vitamin Gummies taste a lot better then the regular chewable vitamins, but they are not a "Complete" vitamin. They do not contain Iron. I have yet to be able to find a Gummie Vitamin that is Complete...but, I am still looking. -- Angie

I tried these before I even thought about WLS. I thought "i love gummis, this would be a good way to get vitamins." However, I found them to taste.... icky shall we say? Not that im a huge fan of chewables, but they are tollerable.

I did see these at Sam's and thought about them, but then saw they have no iron. I opted for the Children's Chewables from Sam's. They taste good and they are a lot cheaper than chewables in the pharmacy

Tammy, Dr. Gomez was my surgeon also, didn't he prescribe prenatal vitamins for you? They are kind of a pain, because they are prescription only and you have to take one in the morning and one in the evening. The good thing about them though is you don't have to chew them up and get that gritty vitamin gunk stuck in your teeth!

Hi Julie, No he din't give me a prescription for prenatal vitamins. I got a whole list of other vitamins to take but not prenatals... Tammy

Hi Tammy, I live in Danville too,,and had dr Gomez as my surgeon. The nutritionist told me to go to Aldi and get the kids complete chewable vitamins,,she said they are the same as the expensive ones,,and at Aldi they are only 1.99!! So, thats what I do,,and I take all the other stuff too. My favorite Calcium is the viactive chocolat caramel chews. Yum!! Well, Im off to my 6 and a half month check up with Dr Gomez. Kinda anxious to see what he says. So far, 92 pounds down. I havent seen him since November, so he is bound to be surprised! Have a great day!!
